christmas has come and gone.. somehow this year hasn't been all that "christmasy". it just didn't feel like christmas tho i attended two parties.





yup anyway on xmas eve i went to the podiatrist at around 12pm to fix my leg. quite an interesting experience i must say.. the doctor took measurements of my leg, asked me to walk on the tread mill, and observed my entire body movement. haha... it was surprisingly cheap.. i had the consultation fee halved because this doctor is his mother's friend. total was about 80 bucks. when i went to 2ft, it was like 340 bucks. madness. then his mum said that a lot of hidden costs were involved.. apparently this company sends their insoles to australia... thus the taxes were involved and shid. but this doctor actually makes them himself, which explains the cheap price.





will be going back this saturday to try my insoles. i hope they'll put an end to my back and leg pains.





was supposed to meet liz, ern and po at 2pm but i ended at 1pm, so i called liz. i could always depend on her to fly down to town within half an hour. i really wonder how she does it sometimes lol. huimin said she'll be super late (as usual) haha and poor ernie had to do spring cleaning around the house. i was like w.t.f?? it's christmas not new year hello? haha... yea but she was still earlier than the princess anyhows. so while waiting for liz i shopped for shu's present.got her something from ps. shu!! when am i meeting u??





i passed ernie her diary from Prints. love their stuff. it's similar to my purple one, just that mine is A4 and hers is A6. plus it's grey. she passed me my gift as well... a black beaded necklace! the one which looks like it's from a temple.. and u see monks fingering it. muahahahaha... but of cos my necklace is nicer la. but it's quite heavy actually. ernie told me around the 16th of dec that she bought "something" cos she remembered i mentioned that i kinda liked it. i was telling her that i hope i wasn't spouting nonsense that day. lol.





anyway, while we were exiting PS, we saw this epson printer thingy and the promoter asked if we wanted to have our photo taken and printed for free.. being the typical singapolean, FREEEEE!!! haha nahh kidding we were just erm.. taking advantage of the situation. since we rarely have a photo of us in a format that we could actually hold and feel, why not? and somehow a lot of ppl noticed us standing there posing, a queue actually started to form. wth. one auntie was even combing her hair. !@#*$%^!











ernie's leaving for brisbane today. dunno if i can send her off. hope i don't have to OT today. damn sian la. at work now. and i just finished a can of red bull. seriously without a can of red bull somewhere in the middle of the week, really cannot tahan. once i look at the comp my brain will just shut down. ahhh.. feel so much more revitalized now. i'm probably addicted to red bull already. shucks. but i heard it's equal to 3 cups of coffee!! argh. but when u're in the working world, u'd do anything, i mean anything, to keep urself awake. else some bloody mother fuckers would accidentally suffer from a slip of the tongue to the manager. anyways, i've attached a photo of me and my workmates taken on a random day. bye for now!

i passed my driving test today!!!! with 4 demerit points!! hahaha... i'm sooooo happy. i've finally graduated from BBDC... and i was so worried i would fail again and i'd have to renew my membership with BBDC. bloody 86 bucks. i've been sapped of enough money already.



traffic was super good la.. basically the demerit criterion "fail to keep a safe following distance from vehicle in front" and "fail to give way to oncoming traffic" was not even considerable. yup, it was THAT good. so, i've passed my test. what's next is the parking. no more poles anymore. dang. maybe i should stash some poles in my dad's car boot. i don't need 4 to 6. just 2 will be fine. then everytime i need to park i'll get off, retrieve the poles and place them at stategic positions. muahahahaha... shucks man must find one day to practice. go to a carpark with not much traffic..



so now i can drive around with a piece of paper. -_-" have to wait for approx 2 weeks before i'll get the photocard via snail mail.



anyway, tried to go MoS on friday. notice i said "tried to"? that's simply because i didn't get in. bloody hell. went there at 7pm - no one yet. decided to go for dinner first, and came back at 8.30pm. there was quite a lot of people and a straight queue was already formed. i managed to continue that straight queue with my friends. following us the queue had already started to bend, which theoratically means that we're quite in front la..



so, at every party there are sure to be invites right? so fair enough, these people had priority entry. but frankly i think MoS overdid the invites. at 10pm when they allowed the invited peeps to go in, 40% of the queue was shortened.. but they kept coming... and coming.. and coming....!! we were stuck at 2 metres from the doors of the club for about 45 minutes. yeah can only smell their aircon. they just refused to let the public line move. so just when we thought the invites where done, those door bitches went "who has the small pass?? the small pass?" then all of us were like: knn.. first the invites.. now got small pass?? so another 10% of the line got in... and they opened the public line!!! and suddenly everyone from behind exited the queue and squeezed into the front. they actually opened the barrier and shoved their butts into the queue. wth. excooseme i was here since 8.30? will you all just piss off? urgh!



yup so anyway, now we were less than 1.5 metres away from the door.. we could feel the aircon now. so we were all there.. patiently waiting.. and waiting. when we heard: who has the black pass? black pass? w.t.f, mate. first it was the small pass, now it's the black? what's next... yellow pass, green pass, red pass? but not many people held the black pass so the difference of the queue was not quite significant. during the past 2 and a half hours, we saw quite a number of celebrities.. quite exciting for me; never seen so many celebrities in one night before. glenn ong, bernard lim and his gf, robin leong (i sat next to him!) and olinda cho, just to name a few. we never knew than glenn ong was so tall la.. haha! but nv see jamie yeo.. we saw a lot of big cars too.. there was one bentley. and a ferrari, driven by the rich ass from ngee ann. i'm sure some of u have heard of this indian who drives a lamborghini to school. but my friend told me it's a second hand, cos his neighbour used to own it. the old number plate was a giveaway. who has the pink pass? the pink one?



fuck it. we're outta here. no mood to club anymore. deng chu liaoz.

lala~ went out with liz, huimin and him today.





bought po the princess her xmas pressie. havaiannas!! it was a design that wasn't even on her wish list. they didn't have her size for the black one.. and the green and orange butterflies didn't look nice -- only online, it did. so now u see, online shopping still isn't quite the same as real shopping. for one, pictures can be altered by photoshop!





for lizzie, i'm getting her a jigzaw puzzle frame. if u have heard, she recently spent 50 bucks on a 1000-piece jigsaw puzzle... and her motivation to complete it isn't quite there. so with the frame, hopefully it'll motivate her to continue piecing it till the very last piece.





ernie... it'll be the notebook from Prints. i do hope it's still available!





shu, it's her "flat-version of heels" muahahaha!! me and liz were cracking our heads trying to figure what she wanted, til ernie told me it's those U.R.S type.. feminine slippers. haha!!





i bought ck underwear for him... HAHAHAHAHA!!!! i've been dying to get those for him. the white underwear with the red band. damn nice. i would like it for myself too but the ladies underwear is 50 bucks, so forgeddit. i also bought him the illustrated version of the DaVinci Code. this one he doesn't know. he's been longing for the illustrated version, perhaps becos he has a lousy sense of imagination. or maybe Dan Brown's descriptive skills aren't good enough for him. lol.. kidding. it's just cooler to read when there are pictures to see. can be visualized much better.

i seriously swear to get one of these frank gehry series watches from fossil... it's so damn bloody nice!! that's the one i was referring to in my nov 28th entry.



i've been looking at it for quite a few months now... and chancing upon the website has just increased my gian-meter to about 150%. shit la... singapore selling for S$298.. only at fossil boutiques. everytime i go to heeren i walk into fossil without fail. my friend just told me that pacific plaza has a branch as well.. die die must go have a look.



was thinking of going in to try on the watch... then if i like it i shall order online. cos online it's US$150 which will amount up to approx S$252. that's like S$46 cheaper... if i buy two it's gonna cost me S$500 instead of S$600. frankly i feel that the female version is too thin... was thinking of getting the male version one for myself.



shucks. actually i'm in no hurry to get these watches. i plan to give it to him in february on the day he leaves for australia... sixth month gift. but i'm afraid that they won't sell it anymore... howhowhow??

seriously. fuck me. who else would be so brainless as to say that in a super quiet office? i swear i wasn't trying to let the whole world know or something... it just slipped my mind that i could be heard.



wouldn't have felt anything actually... we're always spitting vulgarities at each other anyway.. but somehow this scenario is heartbreakingly (literally) familiar.



this has happened before.. with HIM.



he's hurled verbal abuse at me becos of my big mouth like countless of times. why haven't these lessons etched in my brain yet? it was like a very unpleasant re-enactment. always the case of

gen: "blah blah..."

HIM: "fuck you, gen."

which implies: better fucking wake up your idea. do you want the whole world to know?



i'm having this fuzzy feeling.. like i've got goosebumps all over my arms. my face is feeling bloody hot right now... trying to hold my tears back. would be stupid to shed tears in office. would be even more idiotic if people thought i'm crying becos of fabian's negligible vulgarity. i can't seem to make that horrible feeling go away.
